Terms and Conditions
Last updated: June 12, 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Creastora, a product operated by Soft Computers. By creating an account, using Creastora, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription, or accessing any part of the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Creastora.
The service
Creastora is an AI-powered career application workspace. It helps users upload a resume, build a profile, compare jobs, identify skill gaps, answer clarifying questions, generate tailored resumes and cover letters, organize applications, prepare for interviews, receive career coaching, and request support.
Creastora is not an employer, recruiter, staffing agency, career counsellor, lawyer, accountant, or financial adviser. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, hiring outcomes, salary outcomes, application success, or employer responses.
Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 16 years old to use Creastora.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You may not share, sell, rent, or transfer your account access to another person.
Plans, trials, and feature access
Creastora offers a free trial where available and paid monthly plans. Plan names, prices, limits, and feature access are shown on the pricing page and in the application. Current launch plans are:
- Trial: 7-day trial, 3 total applications, PDF export, and basic help links.
- Starter: $19/month, 5 applications per month, PDF and DOCX export from application pages, and basic help links.
- Pro: $39/month, 15 applications per month, Documents hub, cover letters, PDF and DOCX export, and priority support tickets.
- Max: $89/month, 30 applications per month, everything in Pro, 3 resume versions per job, interview prep, and career coaching.
We may add, remove, rename, limit, or change features and plans over time. If a change materially affects an active paid subscription, we will provide notice where required.
Billing, taxes, renewals, and cancellation
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
- Payments, invoices, tax calculation, and customer billing details are processed through Stripe.
- Prices do not include taxes unless stated. Local taxes may be added where Stripe Tax or applicable law requires collection.
- You authorize Creastora and Stripe to charge your selected payment method for subscription fees, taxes, and other amounts due.
- If a payment fails, we may retry payment, notify you, restrict paid features, or suspend access until payment is resolved.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription from billing settings or the Stripe Customer Portal.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless the checkout, portal, or applicable law states otherwise.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where Creastora expressly approves a refund.
Usage limits and fair use
Each plan includes usage limits, including application limits and feature-specific access. AI-heavy features may be subject to additional fair-use controls, rate limits, abuse-prevention checks, or temporary restrictions if usage threatens service reliability, security, or cost stability.
You may not bypass limits, automate account creation, scrape the service, use shared accounts to avoid subscription limits, or resell Creastora output as a competing service.
Your content
You retain ownership of resumes, profile information, job descriptions, answers, evidence, generated documents, and other content you submit or create through Creastora. You grant Creastora a limited licence to host, store, process, copy, display, transmit, and generate outputs from your content as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.
You represent that you have the rights needed to upload and use the content you provide. You are responsible for ensuring your resume, profile, answers, and applications are truthful, lawful, and do not infringe the rights of others.
AI output and application accuracy
Creastora uses AI to help analyze jobs and generate career materials. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for a specific employer. You must review and edit all generated content before using it.
Creastora is designed to avoid fabricating experience, but you are responsible for removing or correcting any statement that is not accurate. Do not use Creastora to misrepresent your education, credentials, work history, responsibilities, achievements, authorization to work, certifications, or skills.
Support
Trial and Starter users receive basic support resources. Pro and Max users can create tracked priority support tickets. Priority support means the ticket is routed through Creastora support workflows, but it does not guarantee a specific response time unless we separately state one in writing.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Creastora for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, harmful, or abusive purposes.
- Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, probe systems, or interfere with service security.
- Reverse engineer, copy, scrape, crawl, or extract the service except as allowed by law.
- Use Creastora to generate or submit false, misleading, discriminatory, or infringing material.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, employment history, or qualifications.
- Violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, employment, or data protection rights.
- Use the service in a way that overloads, damages, disables, or impairs Creastora or its providers.
Creastora intellectual property
Creastora, including its software, workflows, interface, design, prompts, scoring logic, documentation, logos, brand assets, and underlying technology, is owned by Soft Computers or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership in Creastora to you.
Third-party services
Creastora relies on third-party services such as Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, Resend, and AI providers. Your use of payment, authentication, email, infrastructure, and AI-related features may involve those providers. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control, but we select providers intended to support the security and reliability of Creastora.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for Creastora or others, fail to pay amounts due, abuse usage limits, or use the service in a way that may harm security, availability, legal compliance, or other users. You may stop using Creastora at any time and may request account deletion from settings or by contacting support.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information. By using Creastora, you acknowledge that your information will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
