Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 12, 2026
Creastora is a product operated by Soft Computers. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit our website, create an account, use the Creastora application, contact us, purchase a subscription, or submit a support ticket.
Creastora is designed to help users manage job applications, generate tailored career documents, prepare for interviews, and receive career coaching. Because the product uses resumes, job descriptions, profile details, billing records, support messages, and AI-generated content, we treat privacy as a core part of the service.
Information we collect
We collect the information needed to operate Creastora and provide the features you choose to use.
- Account information: name, email address, authentication identifiers, verification status, login/session data, and basic profile workspace information.
- Resume and profile information: uploaded resumes, parsed resume text, work history, education, skills, certifications, professional summary, location, links, and evidence you add or confirm.
- Application information: job descriptions, job links, company and role details, match scores, skill gaps, optional question answers, approved evidence, generated resumes, cover letters, interview prep, coaching plans, status labels, and application history.
- Billing information: subscription plan, usage limits, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, invoice identifiers, billing period, cancellation status, and payment status. Stripe processes payment methods, card details, tax calculations, and billing addresses. Creastora does not store full card numbers.
- Support and contact information: messages sent through the contact form, support tickets, ticket comments, ticket status, plan context, priority level, and email delivery records.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device details, pages visited, logs, cookies, local storage, session identifiers, abuse-prevention signals, and error or performance data.
Please do not upload information that is not needed for your job search, such as government identification numbers, financial account numbers, medical records, or information about other people unless you have the right to provide it.

AI processing
Creastora uses AI providers to perform product functions such as resume parsing, job analysis, gap analysis, tailored resume generation, cover letter generation, interview prep, and career coaching. When you use these features, relevant resume, profile, job, answer, and application data may be sent to an AI provider so the requested output can be produced.
AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. Creastora is built to use only the information you provide or confirm, but you are responsible for reviewing generated content before using it in a job application. Do not use generated content that overstates your experience, credentials, or qualifications.
